What size should I purchase?

We CAN NOT recommend a size for you. Our decals are made to go anywhere on nearly any surface. Ensure you have measured the area first to decide the best size for your needs. Custom sizing is available!

What color will match my vehicle/existing decals?

Since all electronics emit blue light, what we see on our screen may be different from the actual color. Therefore we can’t recommend a color but suggest for you to purchase our “Sample Pack” listing (shipping fee only) to see the colors in person.

Should I use heat to make the decal stay longer?

No, our vinyl decals are made with an adhesive on the back. If you heat up the adhesive, it becomes very soft and will stretch. The vinyl itself doesn’t stretch so you will end up with parts that won’t stick or fall off all together.

Can I put my cup in the dishwasher?

Yes, but be aware the high heat and detergents used in a dishwasher can degrade and potentially remove the decals. We suggest hand-washing only for the first 50 uses or so. This will give the adhesive on the decals time to fully bond to the surface.

Is there something I can use to seal the decal to my cup?

There is no need to use a product to seal the decal. Our drinkware decals are made with a commercial grade outdoor rated vinyl. It is the same vinyl typically used on vehicles for company advertising. Plus most sealants are not food grade so we do not suggest using them on food or beverage containers at all.

Payment Methods.

Payment can be made through any of these methods. 

Credit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay.

If you use Apple Payplease ensure you have updated your “shipping address” in your Apple Pay account settings to ensure your item will be shipped to the correct destination.

 

Refunds & Exchanges.

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Ship items back to us within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation: within 1 hour of purchase

 

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
 

We DO NOT accept returns on any CUSTOM items. Please ensure you have reviewed your details and contact us if you have any questions. We are unable to show our true vinyl colors through a computer generated proof, but we do have a sample pack listing available if you want to see the colors in person (only pay the shipping fee).

We will not issue any refunds if the decals were deemed to be installation error. We will require photo evidence. 

We will send replacement decals only if there was an error made by us or it was damaged in transit. For damaged in transit items, we will require a photo of the packaging to be able to submit a claim with the courier company.

 

We do not send replacements due to incorrect installation. We will require photo evidence as well as detailed information regarding your install process. If there is an issue with your decal that was determined by installation error, you will have to purchase a new decal. We do not warranty the decals if they fall off due to location of installation ie: wiper blade path or applied to rough surfaces!

We will not send replacements for discrepancies found between the “personalization” and “notes” box. We copy exactly what is typed into the PERSONALIZATION box. If there is an error, please contact us to correct it unless you have indicated the error in the notes section. If there are NO custom details entered into the personalization box, then we will take what is entered into the notes box.

We need to be contacted within 7 days of receipt of the package for a replacement if there is a missing item. No replacements will be shipped for free after the 7 days have passed.

Please contact us via info@studiodecals.com within 7 days if a refund is desired.  Buyer will pay for return shipping. Soon as package is received refund will be granted. 

Returns & Refunds only accepted if item is new and unused condition on any standard listing items (NOT CUSTOM WORDING).

Refunds will NOT be given on any orders that were late or delivered to wrong addresses. We copy the “Ship To” address exactly as typed. We will only issue refunds if the address is found to be our error.

 

For U.S & International customers:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds will not be given on any late delivered orders due to customs delays.

We are not responsible for late deliveries due to USPS and all other international mail courier services as our ETA’s are only based upon our postal service’s guidelines.

We will only offer refunds on the shipping fees if it was a guaranteed shipping service (Express DHL shipments only). We will not refund any other shipping fees on returned items. 

We must be contacted regarding late deliveries (Tracked Services, And DHL express shipments only) to be eligible for a refund.

ORDERS ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER WAS “SHIPPED”. ANYTHING BEYOND THAT IS CONSIDERED OUT OF WARRANTY AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.

 

Shipping.

All decals are shipped in rigid mailers to protect the decal during shipping. We don’t use cheap paper envelopes to ship! 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES DOES NOT INCLUDE OUR PROCESSING TIMES.

PLEASE BE AWARE ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES THAT MAY OCCUR ARE THE BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

 

 

Canadian Customers:

Shipments for our small decals less than 12″ will be sent via Canada Post Standard Letter mail. They will not come with tracking. If you wish to have a trackable shipment, please purchase a shipping upgrade from our drop down menu.

For any decals larger then 12″ they will be shipped in a box via Canada Post parcel service.

STANDARD SHIPPING CAN TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 3-14 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON THE POSTAL CODE PROVIDED.

 

U.S Customers:

All decals will ship via DYK Post/USPS if our “priority” or “standard” shipping service was selected. 

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order. All shipments will come with tracking. 

Only “Express” shipments are shipped via DHL EXPRESS as this is 1-2 day service.

If you require your item by a certain date, please contact us first prior to placing your order so we can advise you with the best shipping option so you will receive your order in time. 

 

 

International Customers:

Please allow up to 6 weeks. All shipments will have tracking for your convenience. 

Please contact us if you require the decals faster then our standard service as we will accommodate your time frame.

We have an “EXPRESS” service which can be delivered within 1 week depends on your location. 

Please choose the correct shipping option based on your location.
